WHO WE ARE
Tobias (business economist) looks back at 20 years of professional experience, including over 10 years as headhunter in two international executive search consultancies. Among other things, he was responsible for setting up a branch of Greenwell Gleeson in Hamburg and is one of the two founders of CLATTON HEADHUNTERS. Tobias is responsible for commercial management and C-level positions, executive functions in the M&A sector, and management roles in medium-sized companies.
He brings with him a deep understanding of set requirements and matches them with a nuanced feeling for the right personality to fit the individual culture of the company. Due to his intercultural background, including academic education in Great Britain, he has a unique understanding of the specific international requirements of companies as well as a large international network.
Tobias is married and has two children.
We work internationally in German and English.
